  • Job Summary

    Teach face-to-face and online sections of MATH301M: Managerial Mathematics to adult, undergraduate business students.

    Responsibilities

    Teach 2-3 face-to-face or online courses per year. Face-to-face courses are offered at Bethel University in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

     

    Attend occasional department meetings with the goal of collaborating with other faculty on curriculum and program development.

    Skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to share a passion for mathematics to motivate business students
    • Desire to build strong, positive relationships with business students

    Experience

    Five years of experience working in business is required. Experience teaching adults at the undergraduate college level is preferred, but not required.

    Education

    Must have a master's degree from a regionally accredited graduate school, and have successfully completed 18 credit hours of graduate level coursework in mathematics.
