Job Summary
Adjunct faculty members are an important part of our academic programs. Thank you for your interest in supporting Bethel’s commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for our students. At Bethel, we offer 1, 2, or 4-credit classes. Adjunct load will vary based on the capabilities of the Adjunct Professor and department needs. We pay $1,250 per credit hour for online courses and $1,500 per credit hour for in-person or hybrid courses.
Please note that we require our adjuncts to have doctoral degrees.
