Job Summary
Full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the Education Unit with primary assignment to teach in and direct the graduate-level Leadership in Higher Education program. Position responsibilities include program direction, teaching, research and dissertation oversight, academic advising, and institutional service. This is a 12-month position. We are open to hiring an Assistant, Associate or Full Professor for this position.
Compensation:
Assistant Professor $55,599 - $70,043 Commensurate with experience.
Associate Professor $62,927 - $84,168 Commensurate with experience.
Full professor $77,265-$95,904 Commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the Ed.D. Leadership in Higher Education program. Teach research courses and oversee the required research course sequence, serve on the University IRB Committee, and fulfill other administrative responsibilities as assigned. Collaborate with the Ed.D. team on recruitment initiatives, student service provisions, and continued program improvement.
Skills
This faculty member should exhibit a passion for cultivating an educational climate where life-change and kingdom impact occur. The preferred candidate will demonstrate skills in effective online teaching at the graduate level. The individual must be skilled and experienced in quantitative and qualitative research design, and exhibit exemplary communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. The individual should have significant leadership experience that includes developing effective working relationships, providing responsive customer service, and understanding and supporting the commitment to increasing our diversity as a community.

Education
The candidate must hold a doctoral degree. Due to the research emphasis of this role, a Ph.D. is preferred.
